The heart of the 23rd Street Build is truly the 19-foot, show-stopping fireplace in the center. And to make it all better, after many (many) hours, the sweet lady who hand laid every brick came back to see it at completion and said "Ok, that was worth it". I couldn't agree more. This build is the sister home to our Silver Strand build, so the goal was to make them similar, yet still unique. I opted to carry the Quartz countertops up the backsplash on this home & pairing it with shiplap. We truly leaned into the beachy, East Coast feel with stained crown moulding to pair with the floating shelves in the kitchen, and I simply adore the way they turned out.
