The Asuza Street project was a model home for Bishard Homes- a real estate developer local to Virginia Beach & Chesapeake. I've worked with Bishard Homes for more than five years, bringing hundreds of spec homes to life. Being nine months pregnant for the execution phase of this project, we recruited the help of Kendra Parker, with Kendra Parker Designs, to assist with the design. I would be remiss to mention her help! She is an incredibly talented designer with loads of experience whom I've loved partnering with & learning from.

All plumbing & lighting fixtures were builders standards. All countertops, flooring, cabinets, and tile were part of a standard package (also designed by me) for the builder. All 159 homes in the community have one of 7 packages in them. Exterior color selections also designed by me!
