Oh Bayberry Drive. This project has a special place in my heart and will for a very long time. A short term rental just steps from the sand, this home sleeps 17 and was truly made for the beach vacation you'll never forget. Views of the Chesapeake Bay greet you on the second, third and forth floor decks, and every detail was meticulously planned to perfection. We went dark & moody in some areas while keeping the whole place neutral and truly one-of-a-kind. The granite in this space made me literally giddy for months. Every time I'd see the sample paired with the creamy wall cabinets & stained island, I'd literally feel butterflies.

The vent hood is a true work of art, brought to life by the incredible General Contractor who totally caught the vision from the start. His attention to detail and assistance in project management made the home what it is, and I can't believe we pulled off the entire build, from foundation to first guests, in less than seven months. Custom builds can take YEARS to complete, so the team worked incredibly hard to bring this space to life before the summertime to be sure it was ready for rentals. There were many twists and turns along the way, but BOY were they worth it for this beauty!
