The Pasture Place project was the very first model home I staged from start to finish on my own. The model home was for Bishard Homes & their Reserve at Grassfield community. I began work on this neighborhood when I started working for Bishard Homes in the fall of 2017. Seeing the model home come to life after years of planning was so life giving! The desire for this home was to make the furnishings as attainable & budget-friendly as possible. Every furniture & decor item you see- including the garage gym- fell within our slim furniture budget.

All plumbing & lighting fixtures were builders standards. All countertops, flooring, cabinets, and tile were part of a standard package (also designed by me) for the builder. All 159 homes in the community have one of 7 packages in them. Exterior color selections also designed by me!
